Where are you located?
We are based in Mackay, Queensland. You can visit us in-store or shop online for discreet delivery!
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes. All online orders are shipped in plain packaging with no mention of our store name or contents on the outside.
Is it legal to buy adult products in Queensland?
Yes. All products we sell comply with Queensland laws, and it is completely legal for adults (18+) to purchase them.
Do i need to show ID in-store?
If you look under 25, our staff may ask for a valid photo ID to confirm you are over 18, as required by law.
Do you offer pickup / click & collect?
Yes. We do have click & collect available in Mackay from 10am-10pm 7 days a week, with a usual wait time of 1 hour.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes. We deliver Australia wide with discreet and secure shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, EFTPOS, and all major credit/debit cards. We also offer Afterpay & Zip pay. Online payments are processed securely via PayPal, bank transfer or debit and credit cards.
Can i return or exchange an item?
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on adult products unless the item is faulty. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.
Do you have products for couples as well as individuals?
Absolutely. We stock a wide range of toys, lingerie, lubricants, and accessories for singles, couples and all genders.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available in-store - perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because.
Do you offer Layby?
Yes we certainly do!
A 20% deposit is required initially. Payments must be made a minimum of every 2 weeks with the balance outstanding & your layby picked up within 3 months.
