The Diva’s Den values your privacy and takes great care in ensuring your personal and company information is secure and your privacy is respected.  When you process an order with The Diva’s Den, we will only use the information you have provided to us to process the order. We do not rent or sell the information you provide to us to third parties. The Diva’s Den is committed to complying with the Privacy Act and the National Privacy principles. Your name, address & company details will be supplied to our transportation company so your orders can be delivered in the most effective timescales available.


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, 
electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Credit Card Statement

Please be mindful that all credit card statements will show The Diva’s Den, however will not include any information relating to the product purchased or product nature.

What information do we retain?

To process your first order we gather your name, email address, credit card details and physical address, which are used to fulfil your order. We keep name and address details in a secure area of our system to make ordering easier the next time you visit. No credit card details are retained.


The customer and its owners (as testified by their signature below) acknowledge that The Diva’s Den Pty Ltd has informed us, in accordance with s.18E(8)(c) of the Privacy Act 1988, that certain items of personal information about the customer and its owners contained in this application (or otherwise acquired by The Diva’s Den Pty Ltd ) and permitted to be kept on a credit information file might be disclosed to a credit reporting agency. We, the customer and its owners, agree for the purposes of s.18N(1)(b) of the Privacy Act 1988, that The Diva’s Den Pty Ltd may disclose information derived from a report or the entire report in its possession to any of its related corporations (as defined by Corporation Law) or to any credit reporting agency for the purpose of providing a reference or references to The Diva’s Den Pty Ltd or to its related corporation or to any other credit provider in connection with the credit facility to be provided by The Diva’s Den Pty Ltd and the conduct of the customer's account with The Diva’s Den Pty Ltd, and that in accordance with the provisions of s.18K(1)(b) and s.18L(4) of the Privacy Act 1988, The Diva’s Den Pty Ltd may obtain information concerning both the customer and its owners consumer and commercial credit from a credit reporting agency and use that information for the purposes of assessing this application for credit. The customer and its owners also acknowledge that the information provided herein is true and that no information which could cause credit to be granted to the customer incorrectly has been withheld.

Distribution and Shipping Details / Order Processing & Freight Costs

When you place an online order with The Diva’s Den you will receive an email confirming your order, including order number, purchase details and approximate value of order. This does not include freight

Freight costs will be charged at cost price and processed on a carton or weight basis (whatever is the cheaper for you). DSV are our distribution partners with all orders being sent from the Queensland warehouse. Orders will be sent via Australia Post/Private Courier. The number of cartons can only be determined once the order is picked.

  • Delivery to metropolitan areas - allow 2-3 days
  • Delivery within Australia - allow 3 working days
  • Delivery to remote areas can be longer
